Refugee Move-On Housing
At Resicare Community Housing, we understand that many newly recognised refugees struggle to access safe, affordable accommodation through traditional routes.
Alongside our supported accommodation, we also provide affordable shared housing with no formal support requirement. This service is designed for individuals who are independent but need a place to settle while they establish themselves in the UK.
No Deposit
We remove financial barriers that often block access to housing.
Affordable rooms
Typically £400–£450 per month.
Simple move-in process
Just one month’s rent upfront.
Universal credit accepted
The Local Housing Allowance (LHA) in Sheffield is £350 per month. This covers most of the rent, with only a small top-up required.
