Referal Process
To make a referral, please get in touch with us. We’ll send you the referral form via email, which you can complete and return to us. If you’d like to discuss accommodation and support requirements directly, feel free to contact our office.
We accept referrals from a wide range of agencies, including but not limited to Social Services, Probation Services, Youth Offending Teams, Benefits Agencies, Housing Departments, and both voluntary and statutory organizations.
To process referrals, a completed risk assessment and any available supporting documentation should be submitted alongside the referral form. Once received, referrals are reviewed to assess eligibility for supported accommodation.
Applicants will then participate in a screening process and a needs assessment to evaluate their support requirements and determine whether these can be effectively addressed by our services.
Following a thorough evaluation of the applicant’s needs, a decision will be made regarding the suitability of our accommodation and support. The referring agency will be informed of the outcome.
If supported accommodation is offered, the applicant will be matched with a dedicated Support Worker and provided with a personalized support package tailored to their individual circumstances.
